Geopipe’s Unity SDK version 0.2.7 is now available here!
With this release, we have switched how we package our Unity SDK.
Geopipe Unity SDK 0.2.7 uses a custom package that can be managed via the Unity Package Manager. This change makes the end user experience much cleaner- for further instructions, check out our SDK page.
Notably, samples are now isolated for both the standard and High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP).
You can reimport your project to revert back to the original at any time. In addition to the sample improvements, using packages frees up your assets folder for your own assets, while the Geopipe SDK code is self-contained.
Additionally, we have switched from using UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator System) coordinates to using latitude and longitude coordinates to determine the loading area.
